This year, the Roanoke Chapter also awarded its Constance J. Hamlar Scholarship in the amount of $300 to Alysha Brown, a graduating senior of E.C. Glass High School in Lynchburg, VA. Alysha plans to attend George Mason University in the fall and major in Political Science.
