The Roanoke Branch NAACP has been informed by Andre Whitehead, President and CEO of Whitehead Media Ventures that the Roanoke Branch NAACP 23rd Citizen of the Year Awards Program and 71st Silver Life Members Dinner will air on the CW5 Channel at 9 am during four consecutive Sundays, July 2nd, 9th, 16th and 23rd.
