Cultural Empowerment of the Descendants of Slaves should have derived from our Service to America: rapid world dominance from the economics of slave labor and victory in the Civil War from the heroism of Black soldiers. Neither side of the proverbial track understands and accepts this TRUTH, for if they did, eradication of the age-old racial conflict would have long since been accomplished.
MAJOR INHIBITOR: THE LURE OF THE BENEFITS OF ENSLAVEMENT

People are inclined by nature to think selfishly of their own well-being first and foremost, even if it is to the detriment of those around them. Power – if perceived and achieved – relative to others in their environments is their primary weapon.
American plutocrats in the south and north convinced themselves that slavery was so profitable it must be morally justifiable.
Although there are many kinds of Power, the test for their relevance in human societies is how well they equip people to live successfully, happily and progressively. The most powerful people will drive out, suppress, or exploit the weakest people. The well-being instinct will override the social mores ostensibly established to form a Civil Society – as in a More Perfect Union.
The most effective means of suppressing, oppressing, and exploiting people is to convince them that they have no power, to miseducate them into self-induced PROXYISM.
They saw themselves as others had seen them and dictated for them the attitudes, they formed about themselves and their people, thereby enslaving their minds, their spirits and their intellects and, over time, their physical bodies. – Mark Chapter 6, and James Baldwin
Proxyism creates Mental Slavery the worst form of slavery. It gives formerly oppressed peoples — namely the descendants of slaves, the First /Indigenous people, women – including white women, and the Poor — the illusion of Freedom, makes them trust, support, aid, abet and defend their oppressors, while making enemies of those who are trying to open their minds and free them.

After the mid-sixties, politicians took control of education and made it a campaign weapon. In fact, BROWN became an instrument of racism when Black/white numerical ratios supplanted high quality/high quantity education as the litmus test for desegregation as required by BROWN.
Unerringly, national politics influenced education down to the school-house level. Just as the education system triangle – pre-K through twelfth-grade and undergraduate through graduate and professional education – was turned upside down, e.g., the allegation that the college-level is more important than K-12, so too was the case for America’s traditional political system, the assertion that national leaders were more important than local leaders – mayors, council members, school superintendents and principals.
The national and state leaders are never going to turn the systems right side up, because the systems work far too well for incumbents. He power necessary to fulfill government’s single most important responsibility as specified in our founding documents cannot be orchestrated from the state or national level. Local leaders and their constituents must recognize and take their power into their own hands.

Politicians at the state level and national level are terrified of being attacked on Trump’s Truth Social site for opposing Musk/Trump’s actions. But local level leaders and citizens are more likely to harbor Fear Of Being Singled Out (FOBSO) for aiding and abetting fascism by their failure to exercise their civic responsibilities — i.e., not voting, and, thus, allowing harm to befall their families, friends, neighbors America. FOBSO is the most effective motivator local leaders and advocates possess.
It is only at local levels that the 111 million self-disenfranchisers, the 3 million who voted for Others, and the 75+ million who voted for Democratic Advocacy – Harris — in 2024, some 190 million Americans, can be marshalled into effective power to save America from Fascism.
