As James Carville stated, “Democrats must select a presidential “nominee;” and advocates for democracy must avidly and soundly support that individual as the Leader of the Democratic party, certainly, but more so as the intrepid drum major for true Americans irrespective of party affiliation. The people’s power against FASCISM must be marshalled because the people will not follow a tentative, uncertain drummer, which the democratic “leadership” is proving to be. I can’t determine who the LEADER is of the Democratic party. As we have seen, Americans will support, follow, and tolerate even a fascist, traitorous, felonious leader if he is bold, assertive, audacious, and brazen in his actions and utterances, and is perseverant in his purpose. In the case of the Trumpists, the purpose is a Trump Monarchy.
If a leader of the opposers of FASCISM is selected, championed and defended, then we would be empowered to effectively orchestrate the 190 million Americans who did not support Trump in 2024; as well as the members of the 77 million Americans who voted for him but who now are incensed at his traitorous, duplicitous, and morally psychotic antics, and who want to save America again as Americans did in 1812 and 1861. Instead of armaments this time, the most powerful weapon we have is the vote and the engagement date is November 3, 2026, the Midterm Elections.
It is long past time for a proper amalgamation of power and coherent response from the Democrats at the national level, based on moral and ethical responsibility that transcends historic party to party animosities. Infighting, backstabbing, stupidity, blame-laying, knee-jerk defensiveness and business as usual are too much in evidence even today. The “Old Boys” want to stay in control even as they have proved to be too inept to stop the Trump/Musk juggernaut.
A good plan — which includes a singular national leader of the opponents to FASCISM — intensely and passionately executed forthwith and pursued with perseverance is better than a perfect plan later. (From General George S. Patton)

As we seek a leader, the danger to all of us is so monumental that this is not the time to attempt to solve historic issues with the democratic party’s presidential nominee, as important as those issues still are. One thing is certain: The fascists are not going to foster equity, equality and justice that will allow the oppressed groups to rise from their subordinated places. They will do all they can to thwart such efforts even further.

America’s national leaders could have done much more under the leadership of our presidents to finish the Founders’ Business and … FORM A MORE PERFECT UNION. America has had 26 REPUBLICAN and 20 DEMOCRATIC PRESIDENTS. But the courage and competence of our national leaders have been lacking, and maniacal, divisive political partisanship has increased.

Democratic candidates have won the popular vote in seven of the last eight presidential elections. Clinton beat Trump by 6 million votes. The Electoral College prevented the popular vote victors from assuming the presidency.
The crux for thwarting a possible Electoral College injustice lies in the power of the Democratic Party Leader/Presidential Nominee to galvanize the voter eligible population to vote, especially in the 2026 Midterms – 2028 will be too late. High Turnouts favor Democrats and Low Turnouts favor Republicans.
If all citizens of voting age exercised their enfranchisement right and responsibility, FASCISM, AUTOCRACY, TYRANNY, BRUTAL ECONOMIC DISPARITIES, INJUSTICE, and UNFAIR LAWS would be impossible.
