Trei Oliver (North Carolina Central, Celebration Bowl VII, 2022), Oliver “Buddy” Pough (South Carolina State, Celebration Bowl VI, 2021) and Rob Broadway (North Carolina A&T, Celebration Bowl I, 2015 and Celebration Bowl III, 2017) were also on hand at Saturday’s game donning their red jackets.The only CB-winning head coach absent was Broderick Fobbs (Grambling State, Celebration Bowl II, 2016). South Carolina State head coach Chennis Berry will now get his red jacket after his team’s 40-38 come-from-behind, 4-overtime win over Prairie View A&M in Celebration Bowl X in Atlanta.
