OFFENSE
– #22 JACORY “BILL” CROSKEY-MERRITT, RB, Washington (Rookie, ALABAMA STATE/Arizona) – In Washington’s 30-23 loss to Dallas Thursday, JCM started at running back and carried 11 times for 105 yards (9.5 yards per carry) including TD runs of 10 yards in the second quarter and 72 yards in the third quarter. He was not targeted in the passing game. It was the rookie’s second 100-yard game and second game with two rushing TDs. He was in for 28 (64%) of the Commanders’ offensive snaps. He now has 776 rushing yards, 23rd-best in the NFL, on 162 carries (4.8 yards per carry) with eight touchdowns. Bill, a sevqenth-round selection by the Commanders in the 2025 NFL Draft, is fourth in rookie rushing yards behind Las Vegas’s Ashton Jeanty (888 yards), New England’s TreVeyon Henderson (858) and Cleveland’s Quinshon Judkins (827). Jeanty was a first-round pick, sixth overall, while Judkins (fourth) and Henderson (sixth) were second-rounders.
DEFENSE
– #6 BRYAN COOK, S, Kansas City (3rd season, HOWARD / Cincinnati) – In Kansas City’s 20-13 loss to Denver Thursday, Cook started at safety and finished with eight total tackles, four solos, and a defended pass. He was in for all 72 defensive snaps (100%) and three on special teams (14%).
SPECIAL TEAMS
– #23 EMANUEL WILSON, RB, Green Bay (3rd season, FORT VALLEY STATE) – In the Packers’ 41-24 loss to Baltimore Saturday, Wilson had three carries for 16 yards (5.3 yards per carry) with a long run of 6 yards. He also had one catch for 8 yards and one kickoff return for 23 yards. He was in for 17 offensive snaps (36%) and six on special teams (24%).
