OFFENSE
– #71 TYTUS HOWARD, OL, Cleveland (8th season, ALABAMA STATE) – Started at right tackle in 21-18 win Sunday over Carolina and helped the Browns rush for 132 yards on 30 carries (4.4 yards per carry) and hit on 16 of 30 passes for 144 yards and two TDs. The Browns gave up two sacks for -17 yards. Howard played all 70 snaps on offense (100%) and three on special teams (11%).
– #33 BHAYSHUL TUTEN, RB, Jacksonville (2nd year, NORTH CAROLINA A&T/Virginia – In the Jaguars’ 35-6 win over New England Sunday, Tuten started at running back and carried 15 times for 73 yards (4.9 yards per carry) with a long run of 12 yards including a 1-yard fourth-quarter TD run. He also had two receptions in two targets for 17 yards (8.5 yards per reception). He finished with 90 total yards while playing 30 offensive snaps (48%).
DEFENSE
– #12 TRAVIS HUNTER, CB/WR, Jacksonville (2nd season, JACKSON STATE / Colorado) – Hunter started at cornerback in the Jaguars’ 35-6 win over New England and finished with four tackles, one solo, and his first career interception and one pass defended. He was not targeted on offense. He was in for five offensive snaps (8%) and 45 defensive snaps (71%).
– #14 MARQUESE BELL, S, Dallas (4th season, FLORIDA A&M) – In the Cowboys’ 34-31 loss to Baltimore, Bell led Dallas with eight total tackles, five solos while playing 44 snaps on defense (69%) and six on special teams (20%).
SPECIAL TEAMS
– #19 XAVIER SMITH, WR/KR, LA Rams (3rd season, FLORIDA A&M) – In the Rams’ 30-26 loss Sunday night to Denver, Smith had two punt returns for 26 yards (13.0 yards per return) with a long return of 16 yards and four kickoff returns for 90 yards (22.5 yards per return.) with a long return of 29 yards. He was targeted once on offense. Smith was in for 38 offensive snaps (44%) and 13 on special teams (43%).
