The Roanoke Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. will present a free workshop, “Sister 2 Sister Financial Empowerment “ on Saturday, April 23, from 10am-noon at the Roanoke Higher Education Center in room 212.
The Economic Development Committee and chapter members strongly feel that as women, we have to empower ourselves with the resources and tools to have financial success not just today but for the rest of our lives. After all, “A dream without a plan is simply a wish.”
During the workshop, several community leaders will discuss a variety of topics, which will to include Building Wealth, Tax Planning, Real Estate and Banking.
Door Prizes and a Continental Breakfast will be provided! Everyone is invited to attend.
