The law firm of BrownGreer, PLC has promoted Keith L. Wheaton to the position of Corporate Trainer, effective April 25, 2016. In this capacity, Wheaton will be responsible for assisting in the development, oversight and tracking of all firm training activities across multiple topic areas. Before joining the firm in 2015, Wheaton previously served as a Wetlands Real Property Legally Trained Reviewer, focusing on the Deepwater Horizon Oil Spill, which occurred in the Gulf of Mexico in 2010.

The firm is currently working with the NFL to resolve claims of players who suffered traumatic brain injury and severe concussions.

Wheaton is the son of the late Audrey and Walter L. Wheaton, Jr. of Roanoke.
