Habitat for Humanity, Roanoke Valley, is excited to announce opening of its new ReStore at 3435 Melrose Ave., NW with a Grand Opening event on Saturday, Dec. 3, between 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. All are Welcome!
What’s different at the new ReStore?
*Much bigger and more convenient parking for customers; *The new ReStore will be heated in the winter and cool in the summer, unlike the old facility on Salem Ave; *Expanded shopping hours: 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. Mon-Sat. (former hours, 9a.m. – 5p.m.) *More merchandise and diversity of items for sale; *Everything on one level vs former 2 levels; *Loyal customer rewards program, and *Convenient location midway between the cities of Roanoke and Salem.
Grand opening festivities include live radio broadcasting with The ViBE and prize giveaways; ReStore prize drawings; Free hot dogs and chips (11a.m. – 2p.m.); and kettle corn 10a.m.-2p.m. (while supplies last): and free face painting, balloon animals and glitter tattoos for the kids!
