The amazing children from Eureka Center After School P.L.A.Y. celebrated their 2nd Annual Warm Your Heart event this holiday season by providing warmth and happiness to other children.
They donated hats, gloves, scarfs and canned food items to the Rescue Mission Ministries. They understand the importance of giving and how their act of kindness will help to strengthen and make a difference in the lives of others within their community.
This joyous exchange has inspired the children to incorporate helping and giving into their daily routine and are now very excited about future opportunities to spread more love and cheer throughout the community. An enormous grateful “thank you” is extended to all donators and especially our parents/guardians and the gracious congregation at Church of God and Saints of Christ, 15 Tabernacle in Roanoke.
