Aladdin Temple #111 under the leadership of Illustrious Potentate Rev. James L. Jordan and Aladdin Court #34 under the leadership of Illustrious Commandress Jo Ann Vernon prepared seven boxes for seven families to have a blessed Thanksgiving. Each box contained a turkey and enough food for several days.
The Potentate stated, “we are a team, built on integrity, love, and one God!” We want to share our giving of Thanksgiving Baskets to the families in need and to show our support to the community and surrounding areas.
We deeply appreciate the Nobles and Daughters who willfully gave of their resources and time, especially Pastor and first Jordan. We also recognize First Baptist Buchanan and their families, the partnership of Roanoke Cab, Chantel Cooke and others who donated including Marilyn Scott, and Ricky Durham.
