The National Association of Blacks in Criminal Justice (NABCJ) Western Virginia Chapter held the Rosana Anderson Scholarship Reception Saturday, Oct. 19 at 5:30 pm at the Melrose Library located at 2502 Melrose Ave., NW. The scholarship is awarded to an individual who is enrolled in a college or university and majoring in Criminal Justice or related studies.
