Happy 96th Birthday to Willie Mae Spraggins Dillard, formally of Roanoke who celebrated her 96th birthday with family and friends in New Haven, CN.
As a longtime subscriber of The Roanoke Tribune, she enjoys and looks forward to reading the paper every week. She is a graduated of Lucy Addison High School and a retired Teacher’s Assistant with Roanoke City Public Schools, teaching at Harrison and Morning Side Elementary Schools. Willie Mae is a member of St. Paul UMC in Roanoke.
