The 100 to 110 Consistent Non-Voter Population (CNVP) The value of the Real Swing State citizens is constituted by their large number, their presence in all 50 states, and the power of small numbers (NB: 112,000 votes, .045% of the Voting Age Population decided the 2016 election).
Gore beat Bush in 2000 by nearly 544,000 votes; and Clinton beat Trump in 2016 by nearly 3 Million votes.
The factor that prevented them from assuming the presidency was the role of the Electoral College. The Founders knew the Electoral College was a serious impediment to the development of Democracy. Political Party Allegiance was another obstacle the Founders cited.

Our leaders have always had the tools necessary to remedy the obstacles to Democracy; but obviously, they have not had the will or the courage to do so.
Leadership Failure is the only truly bipartisan, uniting condition I know. Our leaders in recent decades have conspired separately to ensure that the major problems the founders enumerated remained unfixed because intransigence protects incumbents. The Blue Line we ascribe to the police pales in comparison with the Wall policymakers have constructed to protect themselves from accountability and remain in their seats.
Political Party Allegiance
Party Leadership, principally embodied in the President, connotes and denotes a specific, but now divisive, political ethos that has developed over time.
There have been: 26 Republican Presidents; and 20 Democratic Presidents. The founders’ “Unfinished Business,” nevertheless, remains unfinished and has become even more harmful, especially as pertains to people in the lower socio-economic echelons.
America can react to crises. Perhaps the critical state America’s Democracy has reached, unique in our history, and currently so well-publicized, will galvanize the members of the Real Swing State, to rise up, VOTE, and force the controllers of America’s decadent, inertial political system – e.g., the Power-elites, the Plutocrats, and the Permanent Political Class, their bureaucrats and lobbyists — to move the nation back onto the path as an Aspiring Democracy.
Afterall, the road we are on to Fascism, when reached, will see them and their progeny-generations hence, suffering the greatest harm.Improvement in the government’s fulfillment of its responsibility will see members of formerly oppressed groupings gaining the greatest good overall.
However, both the haves and the have-nots somehow must be reeducated to understand that when done correctly, education, for example, the sine qua non for Democracy, allows for the redistribution of beneficial societal power by changing people’s knowledge, skills, behavior, access, and income, as well as that the redistribution takes place without reducing the assets and resources already possessed by others in society.
Beware of political miscreants who assert the falsity of finite resources as a means of pitting various groupings in the Real Swing State against each other and, within groupings, setting members against one another. The most harmful for the nation as a whole are group to group animosities. For example, after the Civil War poor Blacks and poor whites failed to cooperate with each other against a common enemy. Cooperation, no matter how difficult, would have led to a much better America then and now.
The inducement of intragroup squabbles results in members attempting to retard the advancement of their own kind who strive to achieve success, because of jealousy, resentment, or spite, — aka PROXYISM, This behavior hampers the advancement of individuals, certainly, but also obstructs the progress of the group as a whole and benefits their enemies.
The immense power of the Real Swing State must not be discounted. Its size exceeds, by far, the number of Americans who voted for Biden and the number who voted for Trump in the 2020 election. More American voters, 17.1 Million, came to the fore in the 2020 presidential election than they did in 2016, and gave Biden the election in both popular votes and in the Electoral College, although Trump picked up about 11 million more votes in 2020 than he garnered in 2016. Biden beat Trump in 2020 by more than 6 million votes. It is absolutely critical to vote on November 5, 2024. America’s future depends on it.
