Kyah Tucker, 14-year-old Designer/ CEO of KyahByDesign, LLC is partnering with New Birth Kingdom Church, Lynchburg VA to sponsor a nationally syndicated Christmas comedy special staring Gospel Music Awards Christian Comedian of the Year Akintunde, David Mann of Tyler Perry’s Meet the Browns & Bone Hampton of The View. The special will be airing December 21 at 9:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. on WWCW CW5 Roanoke/Lynchburg. During the show, Akintunde will be wearing a custom bowtie by KyahByDesign.
Akintunde has been a client of KyahByDesign since May of this year after meeting her father Pastor Lewis Tucker in Myrtle Beach at a men’s conference. He admired Pastor Tucker’s tie and when he found out it was a product of his 14-year-old daughter’s company, he decided to have him on his radio show.
Akintunde later requested that Kyah design a tie for him to wear in the upcoming TV Christmas special.
As a result of this ongoing relationship, Kyah was given a unique opportunity to co sponsor the television special. Through a partnership with her local church and an investment from her family, this young entrepreneur is doing big things with her small business.
