Proms, Pageants, and Pretty Things hosted “It’s My Prom” Fashion Show Sunday, Feb. 22 at Hilton Gardens Inn. Roanoke.
Around 20 beautiful young ladies modeled some amazing dresses that gave the audience a glimpse of what’s “hot” for 2016 Prom.
Kyle Haggerty of Kyle Haggerty & Associates and National Director of World Championships of Performing Arts (WCOPA) were among the packed house of onlookers. But he wasn’t looking for a prom dress, he was looking for models to represent WCOPA Team USA 2016 to be held in Hollywood, CA July 7-17. It is the largest International Modeling and Talent competition in the world.
After the fashion show, a few of the models were asked to remain in the room because Kyle and the judges had made their decision for Team USA.
Alexie Jeanjacques and Kaitlyn Shaw both received scholarships toward their trip to Hollywood and Monica Osborn received a full scholarship! These ladies will be competing for a modeling contract and over $300,000 in scholarships and prizes.
Congratulations to all the winners, here’s wishing each the best of luck in Hollywood!
