Alpha Kappa Lambda Chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity awarded its Corey J. Keeling Memorial Scholarship to two worthy students, each of whom received a $500 award.
Michael Hunter, Jr. a student at Christiansburg High School, will further his education at Concord University majoring in Criminology.
Jordan Pennix a graduate of Salem High School, will continue his schooling at Virginia Tech also majoring in Criminology.
