America’s national felonies and misdemeanors

FELONY: A criminal act of the most serious type, usually involving physical harm. Punishment for these types of crimes often includes imprisonment.

MISDEMEANOR: A criminal act that is less serious than a felony and usually without injury to others.

It is the duty of the president in order to enable himself/herself to do all the good which his office requires, to endeavor, by all honorable means, to unite in himself/herself the confidence of the whole people, in particular to uphold the letter and the spirit of the law.  – Thomas Jefferson

The president should exemplify the highest moral, ethical, and legal essence of the nation: far above any other leader, she/he teaches, inspires and incites the people by example, for good or evil. 

The election of 2016 ushered in an era that has resulted in a massive assault against Democratic principles, and an increase in the most heinous of crimes against specific groups of citizens.

However, although he profited from decadence, Donald Trump did not corrupt America; he is not that powerful. The corrupting process, or perhaps better, the failure to effect safeguards to prevent corruption in government, began with our founders.

Wrong-doing by our leaders, even by the president, is supposed to be “checked and balanced” by the separation of powers as described in the relevant doctrines – the law.  People in leadership roles nullify their moral and legal authority when they commit acts of misfeasance or malfeasance; omit actions that are necessary for America to develop into a true democracy; or tolerate wrong-doing by their own peers and colleagues.

Balance of Powers doctrines have become laughable, felonies are ruled misdemeanors, and then excused altogether by the very person who fomented the felony.

The United States has a constitutional government; once diverted from the pursuit of universal freedom for its citizens — which is government’s single most important responsibility – it can never be restored. Liberty, once lost, is lost forever. In the aftermath of what TRUMP himself fostered, our nation, so far without check, is rapidly and unambiguously degenerating into fascism.

REMEDY – THE POWER RESIDES IN THE PEOPLE

The American people have to awaken every now and then to the fact that they are responsible for the government they get.  And when they elect a person to the presidency who does not take care of the job, they have nobody to blame but themselves.  – Harry Truman

In view of actions by the national ruling quint-fecta, and widespread stochastic terrorism, the remedy is found in essence in the Declaration of Independence, America’s Principal founding document.  Here we find such concepts as Unalienable Rights, and Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness. The most powerful statement: to secure the unalienable rights, Governments are instituted among the people, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, whenever any form of government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the right of the people to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their safety and happiness. 

“I can conceive of no better service,” Walt Whitman wrote, “than boldly exposing the weakness, liabilities and infinite corruptions of democracy.”

The ballot is the only weapon that should be aimed at altering government and thwarting America’s domestic enemies.  The narrow margin of victory in 2024, 2.4 million votes, pales in comparison with the 111 million self-disenfranchisers, coupled with the votes for Harris and Others – totaling 190 million.

Only local leaders can make the people’s voting power effective. But, leaders of the various community groups must openly rally around local elected leaders to save themselves, their people, and the nation. The 2026 midterms provide the opportunity to stand up for Democratic Principles, which put the people’s needs first.

In 2026, among a huge number of offices, all 435 house, 35 senate, and 36 governor seats will be up for election. The 2020 Election outcome showed the power of the vote!
