On Friday, Dec. 21, at the Eureka Center’s Positive Learning and Adventure for Youth (PLAY) program. Julian Brown and Jezell Barlow were the lucky winners of bicycles donated by the Roanoke Chapter of Chums Inc., a national nonprofit organization comprised of 35 chapters in the continental United States whose theme is Listen to the Children …enrich their lives. Francine McLaughlin is local chapter president.
