Ryan Bell is the new coordinator of Family and Community Engagement with RCPS. Bell will provide partnerships and resources to assist students and their families to be successful.
Ryan is a Roanoke native, graduate of William Fleming High School and holds degrees from Virginia Union and Virginia State Universities.
