A new dance studio, Live Out Loud Dance Studio, opened its doors in Roanoke on Saturday, Aug. 22, in the Cultural Arts for Excellence (CAFÉ) building, 1707 Cove Rd. NW.

The new studio offers a variety of dance classes available for all ages and affordable rates with prices starting as low as $20 per session. There are four instructors with each instructor specializing in a particular type of dance, currently including hip-hop, with ballet classes beginning in the spring. Each person that signs up for the weekly classes receives the first class free.

Live Out Loud offers anyone an opportunity to become fit and have fun at the same time, using dance to encourage a healthy lifestyle. Unlike any other, the studio aims to be racially and economically diverse while also opening their doors to anyone within or outside of the community.

For more information or to register, please contact Megan Ward, owner, 540-819-8218.
