Randal Wayne Tickle
v.
Amy Jo McCoy
The object of this suit is to: obtain a divorce from the bond of matrimony from the Defendant on the ground that on December 29, 2018, the Defendant willfully deserted and abandoned the Plaintiff and on the ground that since December 29, 2018 the Plaintiff and the Defendant have lived separate and apart, continuously, without any cohabitation and without interruption for over one (1) year.
Upon consideration of the Affidavit for Order of Publication filed herein, this Court finds that the Defendant’s last know address was 3659 Chaparral Drive, Roanoke, VA; that the Defendant’s present whereabouts are unknown; and that Plaintiff has exercised due diligence to ascertain in what County or City and State the Defendant is without effect. Wherefore, this Court does hereby Adjudge and Order that the Defendant appear that the Defendant appear before this Court at 10:00am on November 7, 2024, and protect her interest herein and for the Court to hear evidence and grant the Plaintiff a divorce from the bond of matrimony with the Defendant and grant the Plaintiff custody of the minor child born to the Plaintiff and Defendant. And the Court does further Adjudge and Order that the above paragraphs be published once a week for four successive weeks in The Roanoke Tribune, a newspaper of general circulation in the City of Roanoke. The Clerk of this Court shall post this Order at the front door of the courthouse, and shall mail a copy of this Order to the Defendant at the post office address, if any given in the Affidavit for Order of Publication for the Plaintiff filed herein.
