Total Action for Progress (TAP) is pleased to announce the SEED Alternative Loan Program, an affordable lending solution designed to support individuals and families in meeting financial demands, especially during the holiday season. TAP’s Financial Services division, SEED Capital, Inc., is dedicated to providing accessible and equitable financial support to the community, and this program is an expression of that mission.

The SEED Alternative Loan Program offers a low-interest loan of up to $500 with flexible repayment terms, making it an ideal option for those seeking a manageable way to cover seasonal expenses. With flexible repayment options over a three or four-month period, borrowers can access the funds they need with minimal financial strain. TAP especially encourages women and minorities to apply for this accessible financial resource. The application process includes a straightforward screening process to confirm eligibility, making it easy for individuals to access the support they need.

To qualify for the SEED Alternative Loan Program, applicants must: Have a minimum of six months at their current place of employment (loans cannot be granted based on disability income); Provide two most recent pay stubs; Have no existing garnishments or tax levies; Present a valid Social Security Number and government-issued ID; Maintain a permanent residential address, and Agree to a soft credit check.

With the holidays approaching, TAP understands the importance of having access to affordable financial resources. The SEED Alternative Loan Program is here to help local families and individuals manage seasonal expenses in a financially responsible way.
