If women were to achieve political status equal to men, America and the world would improve immensely – indeed, brutal economic disparities, injustice, and unfair laws would be impossible.
Throughout history, American men defined women as inferior, and manifested that vile subordinate, subservient concept across society to get Americans to inculcate and act on that fraudulence. Some men – and some women – accept this travesty, but the American people have been victimized by it. America will never reach a higher level of equality, economic fairness, and moral authority so long as we have such a great disparity, the greatest, in the gender makeup in our leadership and policy-making cadres, i.e., men over women.
Misogyny/Heteropatriarchy, major tenets of despotism, played a huge part in the outcomes in the 2016 and 2024 presidential elections. A critical factor in the durability of this tragic deception is not only how men feel about women’s real power, but, more importantly, how women feel.

Women have made great progress since the passage of the 19th Amendment. Nevertheless, women remain America’s most squandered resource. The Fascist agenda, now pushed by Trumpists, i.e., Hegseth, and the Radical Right Extremists, including Evangelicals, is bent on putting women back into their historically reprehensible position – second-class citizens, without leadership roles, based on their gender, not their work. The fact that scores of women, whom I term proxy-heteropatriarchists, want so badly to be subordinate to men does not obviate the fact that equality, justice, and decency between the genders would be widely beneficial. When citizens neglect their duty and place unprincipled politicians in office and allow them to remain, the government becomes corrupted; and laws will be made contrary to the public will.
Recognizing Women’s Points of Power
Women constitute a higher number of adult Americans than men and are more inclined toward Democratic Principles, especially well-educated women; and women are better educated than men. Importantly, women dominate significantly in the pipeline to power – education — in grades and graduation rates, from K-12 through graduate and professional programs.
In politics, women’s turnout rates exceeded men’s in every election since 1980. More recently: 2012 – women – 58.5%, men – 54%; 2016 – women – 58.1%, men – 53.8%; 2020 – women – 63%, men – 59.5%; 2024 – women – 66.9%, men – 63.7%. – Ceneter for Women in Politics

People want leaders who are able to pivot and learn new skills; who emphasize employee development even when times are tough; who display honesty and integrity; and who are sensitive and understanding of the stress, anxiety, and frustration that people are feeling. Women are being poked by America’s fascists; but they are not going to sleep forever. When they become fully roused, optimistically by the 2026 midterms, they will come to the fore to save the nation. Many women among the 77 million 2024 Trump voters know now that they have been deceived.

I realize, however, that a number of women, just like men, suffering from stochastic fear, have chosen not to speak out and incur the wrath of people in their affinity groups whose minds remain warped by the duplicity of Trumpists. The ballot is their most powerful voice.
