On Thursday evening, January 16, 2025, Rajeeyah Congleton-Rahman was inducted into The Roanoke Chapter of THE MOLES, Inc.
The local chapter recognizes community members through the presentation of annual resolutions, submits candidates for national scholarships and holds lively themed monthly social luncheons!
In 1950, THE MOLES Inc. was chartered in Norfolk, VA. Today, there are thirty-three (33) chapters stretching as far north as Connecticut, and as far south as Florida, and Dallas/Fort Worth to the west.
The Roanoke Chapter was chartered in 1954 and membership in the organization is by invitation only; and nationally, there are over 950 members. Their motto is “Enjoy Yourself; It’s Later Than You Think!”
