Valley View Mall, along with partners, Carilion Clinic, and WFXR TV, are excited to host the 11th Annual Positively Pink Parade & Party and the brand Spotlight Social on Saturday, Oct. 6 from 10 a.m-1 p.m. The annual Mardi Gras inspired event raises awareness and funds for those touched by breast cancer while also celebrating the many survivors.
Participating guests are encouraged to dress up in their most festive pink attire, bring friends and family, and take part in the numerous PPP&P activities including a procession in pink, music by RSP Entertainment, samplings, and a food festival. The event is free to attend and party bags will be available for $15. Included will be a Pink Ribbon Bagel from Panera Bread, a chance to win white gold ruby and diamond earrings by Sabel Collection, (courtesy of Fink’s Jewelers), a ticket to ”A Taste of Valley View” food sampling, and a $10 gift card from Bath & Body Works.
All proceeds and donations go directly to the Every Woman’s Life program, which provides free mammograms to uninsured and underinsured women in the Roanoke Valley.

The Spotlight Social is the newest addition to this year’s signature event featuring demos, samples, and giveaways from participating mall retailers. Parade attendees and guests will be treated to exclusive samples and beauty services from retailers and will be entered for a chance to win hourly giveaways. No purchase is needed to participate and all are invited to attend!
