Topics of this FREE training include meditation, Kemetic yoga, self-care techniques, the power of daily affirmations, and more. Learn how to be the best version of yourself for your community.
The event will take place from 10 am-3 pm on December 3, at Roanoke Higher Education Center, located in Southwest Roanoke at 108 N Jefferson St, Room 618.
Training participants will receive a H.O.O.D. Healer certificate and a tee shirt.
