During the State of the City address at the Hotel Roanoke & Conference Center on Thursday morning (Sept. 1), City Manager Christopher P. Morrill cited Local Colors creator Pearl Fu, along with other citizens, for her unparalleled creation of Local Colors and other related efforts to celebrate unity through diversity throughout Roanoke Valley.
