On August 7, 2026, Minister Dr. Mary Ingram celebrated 40 years of employment at Lewis Gale Hospital in Salem, VA.
Dr. Ingram graduated from Bethlehem Bible College under the leadership of the late Dr. Thomas Woods Sr. and at an early age, she always looked for opportunities to tell someone about our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. For the past 16 years, she has been doing that.
In her current position, Dr. Ingram has been the only Black female to hold a chaplain position at Lewis Gale in all these years. She continues to do so. To God be the Glory.
